When is the final
payment due?
All payments are due in
full at the beginning of the rental period.
What does delivery
include?
Delivery includes the delivery of the
equipment rented to the specified place delivery is requested. Delivery
does not include any set up of any items. Delivery also must be able to
deliver to a dry, safe area with enough space for a truck and twelve
foot trailer to unload. Unload and loading area cannot be more than
fifty feet from area where products will be unloaded from trailer.
What do I have to do to prepare for pick-up?
Pick-up
must be placed in same place as where products were unloaded. Any
products not cleaned and taken to specified area will be subject to fee.
How long is a rental period?
Each rental period is a
period of 72 hours.
What
do I do with equipment after rental?
Clean
all equipment to its original condition to not be charged a cleaning
fee and return to original specified loading and unloading area.
What do I do with linens
after rental?
All linen must be shaken
out to get all solid waste out and then hung to dry to prevent any
mildew from forming. A mesh bag or rubber maid tote will be provided
with all rentals to return all linens.
What happens if a product is damaged or needs to be
replaced?
If product is damaged or
needs to be replaced, a price guided is available upon request for
replacement of any items. Judgment of item upon return or pick-up is
done solely by Ohana Party Rentals.
Policies:
All Rentals must be paid in full at time of rental
To Hold a specific date, 25% down payment is
required. This is non refundable
within 30 days of rental.
At time of rental, a valid credit card number must be taken as well as a valid drivers license number.

All rentals include a three day rental period. All payments and or rental charges, delivery charges, and or any other fees must be paid in full at time of rental in cash or check only. Any charges that may come during rental period must be paid upon return. Thank You. All orders must cancel within 48 hours to receive refund of non deposit funds. Deposit refunds will be given if cancellation is made more than 30 days of rental date. Cancellation made less than 48 hours will be charged in full.
